Drivers Application

Must present a properly completed application.
Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable experience.
Be at leaset 23 years of age.
Pass a DOT pre- employment drug test, physical, and functional capacity test.
Pass a road test.
Completion of a 90 day probationary period.
No DUI or reckless driving in the last 10 years.
No preventable accidents in the last year.
License cannot have been suspended in the last year.
Driver must speak English.
